UH OH, WINTER’S COMING!
We all have our favorite seasons, but for some of us winter is just not one of them. So as we come into that season, what do we need to be healthy? Our health and winter, uh it’s coming indeed!
While the occasional cold during the winter is perfectly normal, generally nothing to worry about, and can actually help to strengthen your immune system, you probably don’t relish the idea of spending the winter months in bed feeling unwell.

Even if you don’t have a particular health concern, it’s always a good idea to speak to your doctor about taking preventative measures during winter – especially if you’re more at risk. Scheduling regular checkups can help you stay on top of things before they take full grip of you.

It is hard sometimes when winter comes for us to think about the future. Sometimes in the cold, we just hibernate and forget about what is coming next. But as we go into this new season, it’s its also a metaphor for what we need. For this is the season of introspection and self-care, isn’t it?
So at this moment before we fully enter this place, do make sure that your health is how it needs to be.
Sleep well, Eat well and no over-consumption of anything from junk food to alcohol.
Use this time to be at your most creative. It’s a fabulous time to create new projects and learn things you have been thinking about.
