To me when I think of health, it is not just physical. Is it to you? I want to insure that my entire being is in a state of higher consciousness. And to me that means, being completely aware of my body, mind and spirit. My thoughts, my body and how it feels, and my spiritual sense of being in compassionate awareness.

It means we make conscious choices to think positively, let go of anything that does not feed us, and do not participate in activities that lower our rising to our higher self.

Meditation is the Go To for Mind Body Spirit Connection
Meditation is something that everyone can benefit from, and yet it is very often something that people overlook as being somehow inessential or not worthy of your time.
The truth is that the more you meditate, the more calm your mind will be. The calmer your mind is on a daily basis, the better a position your body is in. as such, it is a great idea to make sure that you are always trying to find time to meditate.
If nothing else, you will find that it allows you to take better care of what your mind is doing, which can make for a better quality of life, and make it easier to focus on looking after the body too.

The truth is that exercise ensures that you are able to look after your body and mind that much more, and it’s something that you should think about if you are going to try and master both of these.
With the right amount of exercise, your life will improve dramatically and swiftly, so this is definitely something you should be thinking about.

Living our day to day journey, sometimes we lose track of what is vitally needed for us to stay in harmony. Our mind body and spirit connection is something that we do need to address. For when we live in this space we find ease, higher vibrational living. We live in more compassion and love.
When we are out of sync we know it, don’t we? So we need to exercise, meditate, eat well..and insure that our thoughts are positive and healthy.
We want to get rid of attachments that are not working. And food that is making us feel sluggish.

So take time, and breathe easier. Find quiet spaces to be, like sitting at the river. Let you thoughts be taken away. And let love of self fill you up.
Exercise, de-stress, do things that make our hearts shine. And be in constant mindfulness and awareness that our world is all about the choices we make. How we choose to interact or not. What we focus on is must be for our highest good, yes?
